Uji Aktivitas Penghambatan Enzim ?-glucosidase Ekstrak Air dan Ekstrak Etanol Kayu Kuning (Arcangelisia flava)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan aktifitas penghambatan kerja enzim ?-glucosidase oleh ekstrak air dan etanol dari daun, batang akar kayu kuning ( Arcangelisia flava ) secara in vitro. Aktifitas a-glukosidase diukur pada panjang gelombang 400 nm berdasarkan jumlah p-nitrofenol yang dihasilkan. Daya hambat dilihat nilai IC 50 . Dari sebesar 195,161; 138,9881 48,68632 mg/mL 365,8793; 123,0814 66,9616 mg/mL, bagian mempunyai potensi lebih baik menghambat daripada daun kuning, dimana paling lainnya walaupun potensinya rendah acarbose. uji fitokimia didapatkan mengandung alkaloid, flavonoid, steroid, saponin tanin, terdapat triterpenoid, tannin, maupun saponin, sedangkan triterpenoid tanin.
